I’m Shey and I believe strongly that a boudoir session is an experience every woman should have at least once in their lives. We are everything to everyone, usually putting ourselves last and we are our own worst critics. A boudoir session is an opportunity to put yourself first, practice the ultimate self care, channel your inner wild child, grab hold of the strength within you, and see yourself as the goddess you are. The Luxury Experience

consultation

Your experience begins with a consultation (either in-person or over the phone), where we will discuss your goals and wishes for the session, options for attire and outfits, and review the options for preserving your final images (from custom albums to prints and digital image files).

Boudoir sessions are held in my gorgeous, private, and historic studio space in downtown Frederick, MD, complete with everything we’ll need to create your stunning images. On the day of your session you’ll begin with professional hair & makeup, as you relax in my studio and prepare to channel your inner goddess! The session itself will take 1-2 hours, and will result in a minimum of 30 images to choose from at your gallery reveal.

About 2 weeks after the session, you will come back to my studio for your private gallery reveal and ordering appointment, and it is at this time you will chose your images for print, album selections, digital files, etc.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE SESSION?

Clients bring their own lingerie, jewelry, shoes, etc. to the session, and I have many links for my favorite stores and shops where you can find amazing pieces that flatter every body type and size. I suggest selecting outfits that you feel great in, that fit well, and compliment your skin/hair tones and personality. Have fun and don’t stress – remember a simple white sheet can be amazing!

DO YOU PROVIDE HAIR AND MAKEUP?

Professional hair and makeup is included in every boudoir session at my studio. I have hand picked incredible stylists who create the perfect blend of looking glam and camera ready, while still leaving you looking like yourself. The stylists are experienced with every skin tone and hair type, and make these sessions next level!

WHERE WILL THE SESSION TAKE PLACE?

Sessions are held in my beautiful downtown Frederick, Maryland private studio.

WHAT IF I WANT MY IMAGES KEPT PRIVATE?

I apply the strictest privacy standards to your session and images, and they will never appear online without your signed approval and model release.

YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT…

My business is fully licensed and insured, with 12 years of professional photographic experience behind me. I adhere to all health guidelines and protocols to keep my clients safe, and sessions are available to women over 18 years of age (proof of ID may be required).
